Each year, Woo-Con has had a Vendor's area, where congoers can buy unique nerd memorobilia, art, handmade trinkets, and even snacks! There is something for everyone.

Vendor List

We are fortunate enough to have a ton of talented vendors each year, and this year is no exception! We greatly enjoyed having everyone vend at this past year's convention, and we would like to thank all of our fantastic vendors for helping make Woo-Con 2017 the best Woo-Con yet!

For posterity's sake, check out our 2017 vendor page here if you would like an idea of the kind of vendors that we feature here at the con.

This list is subject to change at any point before the convention. Here are the vendors that have signed on so far. Stay tuned for updates!

Senpai Lee's Stuff

Long ago, during the final wave of analog anime fandom, Senpai Lee was a stalwart member of clubs like Animate Ohio State and the Akron Animation Association. Along with many others in his otaku generation, sacrifices were made to popularize the genre, attend distant conventions, and buy laserdiscs that cost more than one's rent. After nearly 15 years, fans would have regular access to anime on broadcast TV and the Internet, sending the video tape troops into retirement.
The appearance of WOO-CON has now reminded Senpai Lee of some anime goods still stored away, which he is happy to sell to new fans. The stock is mostly decorative prints and posters, but will include a special collection of autographed items (hint: check the photo). Regrettably, he can't stay the entire day, so interested buyers should visit early! (Bio by Senpai Lee. Thanks, Senpai Lee!)

Glare Beware

(Bio by Nicole at Glare Beware. Thanks, Nicole!) Glare Beware was created in 2014, with "The Adventures of Nekosan", an original webcomic, being published online in February, 2015. The first web comic series is "The Adventures of Nekosan;" a collection of tales of a Yokai on an inter-dimensional journey, and all that dared to follow.

Glare Beware is also home to short comics, doodles, stickers, bookmarks, postcards, commissions, and more; all of which are created by the artist, Nicole. Nicole is an artist that graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2013 with her Bachelor's of the Arts in Art Education. She has an artistic background focused mostly in painting and drawing. Outside of comics, Nicole wrote and illustrated a series of children's storybooks for Chinese students learning English as a second language. To find out more, visit www.glarebeware.com!

Nicole is also the con chair of one of our partners, the convention Gojotekicon! For more information about that awesome con, check out our Partners & Acknowledgements page!
